An established Skilled Nursing facility located in Northern South Carolina is currently searching for an experienced Director of Nursing to join their accredited healthcare team. This skilled nursing facility provides comprehensive short-term and long-term care rehabilitation for patients dealing with a number of conditions.
The Director of Nursing will lead a skilled nursing service line that provides advanced clinical care and offers a number of therapies and activities including group outings, horticulture, arts and crafts, religious ceremonies, and even social hour events. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for the clinical and administrative functions within the skilled nursing facility and will abide by state and federal guidelines.
The Director of Nursing will report to the System Administrator and will assume role as Administrator during their absence.
The Director of Nursing will design, implement, and evaluate the nursing services provided within the skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate for this role will be a successful graduate of an accredited school of nursing and will have leadership experience working within skilled nursing, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation, hospice care, home health, and rehabilitation therapy settings.
This state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility is designed with mobility and functionality of patients in mind. The center is equipped with fully private and semi-private rooms, accessible television and internet, large lounging and activity areas, full-service dining options, scheduled housekeeping and laundry services.
This skilled nursing facility is known to provide regional skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, memory care, assisted living, independent living, home health care, hospice care, and palliative care.
Must have 7 years’ experience in SNF and RN license in SC. Inquire within!
